Skoda has launched the Superb facelift with price starting at Rs 29.99 lakh and going up to Rs 32.99 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India). Compared to the outgoing model, 2020 Superb prices start about Rs 4 lakh higher. There are two trims on offer with the refreshed Superb – Sportline and Laurin & Klement (L&K).
2020 Skoda Superb features cosmetic and interior updates and is equipped with a new 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine produces 190bhp power and 320Nm torque. 2020 Superb gets a powerful petrol engine with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox as standard, but no diesel. The exterior comprises of a restyled front grille and newly designed front and rear bumpers with premium chrome accents. It also gets full LED Matrix headlights in a sharper assembly while the Sportline variant features contrast red finish and the Laurin & Klement with brown shade for further distinction in the facelifted sedan.
Other updates include LED fog lights, sporty chrome trim between LED tail lights, air inlet with honeycomb pattern, SKODA lettering across the trunk lid and newly designed alloy wheels.

Interior features includes new 8.0 inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car technologies with 11-speaker Canton audio system, digital instrument cluster, wireless charging facility, optional Virtual Cockpit, sunroof, ambient lighting, park assist, leather seat upholstery with powered and ventilated front seats, automatic three-zone climate control, multi-functional steering wheel,a panoramic sunroof and 360-degree camera among others.
As it stands, the updated Superb has only one rival, the Toyota Camry Hybrid, which is priced at Rs 37.88 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
